On all our Only Cabrios car sales, both in Holland and to clients in foreign countries, the Dutch law is the only law that is applicable. The Dutch Judge is the only Judge who is competent and is the only Judge that can be chosen by buyer and seller in case of a difference in views between buyer and seller.

If you buy a car at our company Only Cabrios, you automatically agree with this and the applicability of Dutch law is automatically a part of the sales contract.
